Meet the team

Mel Knight

With a background in neuroscience and a top-biller pedigree from some of the world’s largest recruitment businesses, Mel brings a unique blend of practical experience and logical theory to ensure results are replicable and scalable.


Outside of her hands-on experience within the recruitment sector, Mel has also worked within the world of venture capital investment before starting her own consultancy business during COVID.


Inspired by the BLM movement in 2020, Mel specialised in ED&I consultancy which utilised her behavioural science background to create psychologically safe spaces and turn talk into action.


She is CIPD qualified in both Learning & Development as well as Chartered within Organisational Design and Development.

Naomi Hewitt

With over a decade in sales, training, and operations, Naomi blends a commercial mindset with a people-first approach to deliver scalable results. Starting in sales at 17, she quickly moved into global roles, gaining a reputation for driving performance and building strong teams.


Recently, she’s focused on leadership development, organisational change, and business efficiency. Her data-led approach cut administrative time by 70% and saved significant costs. Naomi excels at turning complex challenges into practical, lasting solutions.


Naomi brings together sharp analytical skills and emotional intelligence, with a passion for creating meaningful, lasting impact — whether it’s refining internal processes or partnering with senior leaders to shape forward-thinking, people-centred organisations.
